From my experience of working full time and trying to exercise enough I have put together some tips to help implement an exercise routine and to have the right mindset:
- Set time to exercise don't just try fit it in otherwise it’ll never happen
- Start by doing small intervals at a time, this may be the first week 15 minutes of exercise then the following week 30 minutes
- Find what you’d enjoy, this may be yoga, running, weight training etc, there’s no right way to exercise
- Figure out what’s stopping you, is it gyms in the past have pit you off as you may prefer a women’s only gym or working out from gone, or going to the gym at a quieter time
- Do not think of going to the gym as something you have to do cause you want to lose x amount of weight or look a certain way, I think of going to the gym as like journaling, a lot way to help me mentally as well as physically - it’s all about changing the mindset to a lore positive one!
