why calm collective was born...
Heya 👋, I'm Rebecca, co-founder of Calm Collective®.
I'm someone who has to be constantly fidgeting with something. I can’t just sit still, especially in situations that make me feel overwhelmed and anxious.
I came across fidget jewellery and decided to order some for myself, however, I wasn’t happy with the quality as they all seemed to break so easily and none of the designs available felt like 'me'...
So I decided to make higher quality fidget rings to help with my skin picking, making sure they actually looked cute and would last a long time.
I also wanted to make Calm Collective a brand that has a powerful impact. Most importantly, helping others going through similar experiences by giving back to various charities supporting anxiety across the UK:)
design process
Since late 2022, we've been designing ALL of our products in-house, meaning you can't get them anywhere else. We're always looking to innovate with new styles, so a lot of time goes into this process. 💖
We begin by digitally designing the rings, then move on to sampling & wear-testing. Then, only once we're fully happy, we'll begin bulk production.
newness in 2025-26
We have big plans over the next 12 months. Based on our amazing customer feedback, we'll be releasing new collections and expanding into different lines of jewellery. 💍
Our overall product quality will continue to improve by using stronger materials such as surgical-grade stainless steel. Finally, I'm going to be putting in a lot of effort in building our community by involving you all in more decisions we make as a brand. 😇
