Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 6A - INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping address information provided at the time of checkout is accurate and complete. Calm Collective cannot be held liable for orders that fail to reach their intended destination due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered by the customer.
In the event that an order is returned to us as a result of an address error on the customer's part, the following applies:
- We will reship your order to your corrected address upon receipt of a reshipping fee to cover postage and warehouse handling costs. Current reshipping fees are: UK customers £5, EU customers £8, US and international customers £15.
- Alternatively, we can issue a refund to the value of your original order, excluding original shipping costs and minus a £3 warehouse processing fee.
- If a reshipping invoice is issued and not settled within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund issued under the terms above.
We reserve the right to update reshipping fees at any time without prior notice. Any fees applicable will be those in effect at the time of the reshipping request.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Such tools are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties or conditions of any kind. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

In no case shall Calm Collective, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, Calm Collective's responsibility for the safe delivery of goods passes to the nominated courier. We are not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier on your behalf, but we do not guarantee outcomes or timelines outside of our control."
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calm Collective and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
By placing an order with Calm Collective, you agree to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. The full Returns and Refunds Policy is available on our website. The key terms are summarised below.
Return Window
Exchanges and refunds must be requested within 30 days of your original order date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be returned in original, resaleable condition. This means:
- Unworn and unscratched
- No signs of wear or tear
- Spinning mechanism fully functional and undamaged
- No bent components
- Original pouch included and in good condition
- Original correct barcode intact
Return Postage
For domestic returns and exchanges within the United Kingdom, a prepaid postage label will be issued upon approval of your return or exchange request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund, or charged at the point of exchange. Customers are responsible for this postage cost in all cases. We do not offer free returns. For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return postage independently.
Please note, if you initiate 2 or more separate return requests within a 30-day period, we will add an additional £4 processing fee to each request.
International Returns
For all returns from outside the United Kingdom, a note containing your order number must be placed inside the parcel. Returns received without an order number note will be rejected outright and no refund will be processed. We accept no liability for returns we are unable to process as a result of a missing order number.
Promotional and Discounted Orders
Where an order was placed using a promotional discount - including but not limited to 3-for-2 offers, bundle discounts, multi-buy promotions, or any order-level or product-level discount code - any refund issued on a returned item will be calculated on a proportionate basis.
The refund will reflect the effective discounted price paid per item as a proportion of the total amount paid, not the full retail price of the returned item in isolation. Calm Collective reserves the right to apply this proportionate calculation to any return from a discounted order, regardless of which item is returned.
Example: An order of 3 items at £40 each under a 3-for-2 promotion (total paid: £80). A return of 1 item results in a refund of £26.67 (one-third of £80 paid), not £40.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, free gifts with purchase, or gift cards. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for a complete list of non-returnable items.
SECTION 21 - USE OF PRODUCTS
Age Restriction: Our rings are designed exclusively for use by individuals aged 12 years and older. They are not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to potential choking hazards from small parts.
User Responsibility: The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and use of all products. It is the purchaser's duty to ensure that these items are not accessed by children under the age of 12.
Liability Disclaimer: Calm Collective shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use, mishandling, or misuse of our products, including instances where our products are accessed by children under the age of 12.
