processing
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse the same day if placed before 3pm (UK time) Monday-Friday. For all orders placed after 3pm, your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 3pm on a Friday, on a weekend, or bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
shipping
Shipping is FREE Express on orders over £70 to the UK, over €75 to Ireland, and over £75 to the rest of Europe! All orders are assigned a unique tracking code once dispatched, and you'll receive an email notification for this immediately. We strive to keep our shipping fees as low as possible.

These times can vary when demand is high or when couriers experience delays during Black Friday, Christmas, and sale periods.
EU shipping
For countries in the European Union, we cover all duties, VAT, and import taxes, so in most cases you won't need to pay anything on arrival of your order. This applies to orders under €150 in value - we're unable to ship orders above this value into the EU.
Please note that we're unable to ship to Greece and Romania at this time, as these countries are exempt from the IOSS scheme.
From 1 July 2026, due to updated EU customs rules and Royal Mail service changes, customers in the following countries will still be charged duties on delivery: Lithuania, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovenia.
This is a temporary limitation in how these destinations are currently processed and is outside of our control - we'll update this page as soon as it's resolved.
Please also note that the cheaper shipping method for EU countries does not come with tracking. This is so we can pass cost savings onto you.
cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within the first 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@calmcollectiveco.com.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be eligible for cancellation as it may already have begun processing.
returns
We hope that you would never need to return or exchange your jewellery. However, if you do, all orders are eligible for return 30-days after placing your order. Please follow this link to access our returns portal.
For returns to be accepted, they must be in their original condition (no sign of wear) and packaging, with the correct barcode intact. We also offer exchanges.
You are responsible for covering a small postage label fee. Please note that a small processing fee may apply if more than one return is requested within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.

Promotional offers - occasionally we will run promotional offers such as free gift with purchase. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
