processing

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse the same day if placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday. For all orders placed after 2pm, your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, on a weekend, or bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over £40 to the UK, over €45 to Ireland, and over £55 to the rest of Europe! All orders are assigned a unique tracking code once dispatched, and you'll receive an email notification for this immediately. We strive to keep our shipping fees as low as possible.

These times can vary when demand is high or when couriers experience delays during Black Friday, Christmas, and sale periods.

For countries in the European Union, we cover all duties, VAT and import taxes, so you won't need to pay anything on arrival of your order. This only applies to orders less than €150. We cannot ship orders above this value.

We do not ship outside of the countries listed in the table above. Please also note that the cheaper shipping method for EU countries does not come with tracking. This is so we can pass cost savings onto you.

cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within the first 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@calmcollectiveco.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be eligible for cancellation as it may already have begun processing.

returns

We hope that you would never need to return or exchange your jewellery. However, if you do, all orders are eligible for return 30-days after placing your order. Please email support@calmcollectiveco.com to begin the returns process.

For returns to be accepted, they must be in their original condition (no sign of wear) and packaging. We also offer exchanges.

custom engraved orders

Custom engraved products are all made-to-order and will be treated separately to the above information. Some important things to note include:

• Order lead times - lead times of engraved products can be found on their individual product pages. Please check these before ordering. They will typically take 8-10 days to be made and delivered to most addresses. 
• Separate deliveries - if your order contained engraved & non-engraved items, these will come in separate parcels. You will receive full tracking information for both parcels.
• Returns/exchanges - as our engraved products are made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these unless they are faulty on arrival.
• Shipping rates - engraved products will be subject to separate shipping rates due to them being shipped from a different warehouse. This will be outlined at checkout.
