I always want to be fully transparent with our customer on where their donations go, how much is donated and where these donations go.
At the beginning of each month, we donate all of the tips received from the previous month to a charity chosen by myself which I believe aligns with our brands values, information about these charities can be found below.
At the end of our financial year, we will be making a large donation to multiple charities that are helping to support those going through mental health struggles, and again align with the brands values.
I started calm collective in June 2022 so we're only just getting started, and I hope as the company grows I will be able to make an even larger change and help to support a heavily underfunded area.
If anyone works with a charity or has been positively impacted by a mental health charity then please do let me know and i will be sure to add them to my donation list! 🙂

charities we've helped:
Rethink.org (£385)
Our August & September donations have been donated to Rethink.org, a charity aiming to transform at every level the way our nation approaches mental illness.
Their vision is for equality, rights, the fair treatment and maximum quality of life for all those affected by mental illness, their carers, family and friends. As one of the largest charitable providers of services for people living with mental illness, they are well placed to make a direct impact on the care people receive.
CISFA UK (£169.65)
Our July donations have been donated to the CISFA, a charity dedicated to those with chronic illness.
Chronic Illness Support for All UK is a non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the emotional well-being of individuals dealing with long-term illnesses and simplifying their access to support.
Their mission is to create a supportive community environment where anyone affected by chronic illness in the UK can feel safe, heard, and understood, without any limitation based on specific conditions.
The Mix Under 25s (£135.79)
Our June donations have been donated to The Mix, a charity dedicated to supporting under 25s.
The Mix is the UK's leading digital charity for under 25s, reaching over 6 million young people each year. Whatever issue a young person is facing, The Mix is always there for them - via our website, over the phone or via social media. Thanks to everyone who donated to make this possible!
MindOut LGBTQ+ (£111.45)
Our May donations have been donated to MindOut, a charity dedicated to LGBTQ.
MindOut run by and for LGBTQ people with lived experience of mental health issues. They aim to improve the lives of LGBTQ people with mental health issues, and to reduce stigma towards LGBTQ mental health. Thanks to all who donated at our checkout in May!
Birmingham Mind (£137.60)
Our April donations have been donated to The Listening Place in London.
Since 1962 Birmingham Mind has been working hard with individuals with mental health needs assisting them to build upon their own strengths so that they are in control of their own lives. A huge thanks to all who donated at our checkout in April:)

Our March donations have been donated to The Listening Place in London.
They are a place where people can go to talk and get support where they won’t feel judged and I know a lot of people need that. Thank you to everyone who’s donated at checkout and supported me as this wouldn’t be possible without you.
42nd Street (£117.60)
Our charity donation from February 2023 went to 42nd Street in Manchester.
This charity offers support and advice to young people and their values matched my own. When I started this business I knew I wanted to give back to charities that are helping to support those suffering from mental health issues as this area is severely underfunded. Thank you to everyone who donated this month and bought from me as it all helps!
