What are your rings made out of?
Our rings are either made from stainless steel (including traces of copper) or are sterling silver plated. They do not contain nickel.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. We do not accept any other forms of payment.

Will you be enabling 'buy now pay later' payments?
Yes - we will soon be partnering with Klarna to allow a buy now pay later option at checkout!

What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and offer free worldwide tracking on all orders.

How will I know what ring size to get? 
Most of our rings are adjustable. For those that aren't, you will be able to see the size guide linked on the product page, just under where the price is stated:)

PROCESSING/DISPATCHING 🚚

I didn't receive a confirmation email or text after ordering? 
You should always receive either an email notification or a text message confirming your order number and receipt (depending on whether you gave us your email address or phone number at checkout). If you didn't, please email hello@calmcollectiveco.com and we will send this over to you.

How long does processing take?
Processing your order can take anywhere from 1-3 business days (sometimes 4 days during busy periods).

I've accidentally purchased the wrong size item, what can I do? 
Please send an email to hello@calmcollectiveco.com as soon as you can. If you email within 3 hours of placing your order, then we should be able to swap products. However, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to edit your order as it could have already starting processing.

I'd like to cancel my order. 
Please send an email to hello@calmcollectiveco.com as soon as you can. If your order has already begun processing, then you'll have to wait until you receive your order and then request a return/refund.

DELIVERY 📦

How long will my order take to deliver?
After processing, orders typically take 7-12 days to deliver to major shipping destinations like the UK, Europe and the US.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive email notifications (or text messages) to keep you updated on the status of your package. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number.

You can also add your order information on our tracking page to see updates.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Unfortunately not. Please make sure to include the right address at checkout. Once it gets into the couriers hands, there's nothing that can be done to re-direct your package.

I'd like to return my product, how does this work?
Please email us at hello@calmcollectiveco.com. We will walk you through the process and let you know where to send your package to. Please note that you will need to cover the small postage fee on your returned items, as outlined in our return policy.
