Of course! Unlike many other brands or marketplaces, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee if the ring you purchase is faulty or damages in any way.

After placing your order, you will receive email notifications (or text messages) to keep you updated on the status of your package. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number.

You can also add your order information on our tracking page to see updates.

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse the same day if placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday. For all orders placed after 2pm, your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Shipping is FREE on orders over £30 to the UK, over €40 to Ireland, and over £50 to the rest of Europe! All orders are assigned a unique tracking code once dispatched, and you'll receive an email notification for this immediately.

For countries in the European Union, we cover all duties and import taxes, so you won't need to pay anything. Please also note that the cheaper shipping method for EU countries doesn't come with tracking (helping to keep our shipping prices down).
